Modal is cellulose based fiber. It is used alone or with other fibers (often cotton or spandex) in household items such as pajamas, underwear and tops. Modal stays better in shape and measure than viscose and it’s often blended with cotton. We are using Lenzing Modal®, o modal fiber from Lenzing, is naturally soft on the skin and exceptionally ecological. Popular fibers are modal, micromodal and Pro modal.

It is cellulose based fiber used alone or with other fibers (often cotton or spandex) in household items such as pajamas, underwear and tops. Modal retains its shape and size better than other non-sustainable fibers as viscose, which is often blended with cotton. We use Lenzing Modal®. Modal fiber from Lenzing, is naturally soft on the skin and exceptionally ecological.
Of course, we have expertise using acrylic fibers that are made from a polymer polyacrylonitrile, where strength and warmth is paramount. We use acrylic fiber for sweaters and tracksuits and as linings for boots and gloves, as well as in furnishing fabrics and carpets. Acrylic is lightweight, soft, and warm, with a wool-like feel. Some acrylic is used in clothing as a less expensive alternative to cashmere, due to the similar feeling of the materials. Acrylic reacts well to color, is washable, and is generally hypoallergenic.
We are big on wool, especially Merino wool that is a 100% natural fiber obtained from sheep. What makes Merino wool so special? Merino wool breathes and manages moisture better than any other fiber. Wool truly is a four season fiber, naturally cooling and heating as the body needs. Odor Resistance, you can wear wool during intense activity and over extended periods of time without having to worry about odor. Merino wool fibers are more flexible and softly bend when pressed against the skin and, therefore, does not itch or produce irritation like other wool. Quick drying. Natural sun protection. Naturally static resistant. Merino wool is also the perfect fabric for babies. Merino baby clothes are warm and soft against baby’s skin. We use fine Merino wool from Australia and yarn spun in Germany to produce high quality products for babies, kids, men and women.
Bamboo Viscose is fiber from bamboo pulp and it is manufactured with the same method as viscose is. Bamboo is durable and stable, suitable for users with sensitive skin. Our 100% organically grown Bamboo is non-allergenic and biodegradable. Because of the breathability and comfort, bamboo is very well suited also for sports clothing and undergarments. Bamboo clothing also adds value to our health & wellness with its natural features as being antibacterial, temperature regulating, odor controlling and softness compared to silk. Our popular Bamboo knits are made in mix with elastane, cotton and polyester to provide best fabric properties according to the customer needs.
Cotton today is the most used textile fiber in the world. Cotton is a soft, staple fiber that grows in a form known as a boll around the seeds of the cotton plant. The fiber most often is spun into yarn or thread and used to make a soft, breathable textile, which is the most widely, used natural-fiber cloth in clothing today. Properties of Cotton Products include: comfortable, hydrophilic, moisture passes freely through cotton, good heat conductivity, strong and abrasion resistance. We use organic cotton grown in standards that have a low impact on the environment, without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Third-party certification organizations verify that organic producers use only methods and materials allowed in organic production. We use ring spun combed yarn, medium staple cotton, long staple cotton, supima cotton as 100% or in blends with other fibers.
Textile recycling has become one of the hottest topics in textile business. At the moment most of the recycling methods are based on mechanical treatment of the used textiles. Also the recycling of plastics has created new types of fibers that are used in textiles. We have performed several tests with different recycled materials, such as PE and PET. We believe we are ahead of the curve on the recycled materials in many areas and continue to follow the marketplace very closely for new opportunities.
In our products we also use hemp fibers that are grown in a sustainable, environmentally-friendly way. This material has one of the lowest environmental footprint in production among many other fibers used in textile industry. Hemp fibers are mixed with many different other fibers to achieve better fabric properties. It can be mixed with organic cotton, tencel, recycled PE etc. Fabrics can be well used in fashionwear and leisure wear.
