MODAL & Blends
Modal is cellulose based fiber. It is used alone or with other fibers (often cotton or spandex) in household items such as pajamas, underwear and tops.
Modal stays better in shape and measure than viscose and it’s often blended with cotton.
We are using Lenzing Modal®, o modal fiber from Lenzing, is naturally soft on the skin and exceptionally ecological.
Popular fibers are modal, micromodal and Pro modal.
POLYAMIDE & Blends
Polyamide is a synthetic fiber with high abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. Synthetic polyamides are commonly used in textiles applications and sportswear due to their high durability and strength.
We are using polyamide 66 from Contifiber for different structures and blends with elastane, cotton, viscose, wool for active and leisure sports in vibrant colours.
First time in 2003 we introduced this fiber in our production and we have good experience and know how to handle it efficiently for different tastes and trends.
POLYESTER & Blends
Polyester is a strong, durable synthetic fiber. This material is used very widely in clothing, from shirts and pants to jackets and hats.
Polyester fibers are sometimes spun together with natural fibers to produce a cloth with blended properties. Cotton-polyester blends can be strong, wrinkle and tear-resistant, and reduce shrinking.
Polyester does not absorb moisture and therefore it has been used for developing profiled fibers for a variety of uses, such as the transfer of dampness from the skin and to insulate warmth.
We have experience to work with ring spun, vortex, open end and filament polyester alone and with other fibers.
COTTON/ORGANIC COTTON & Blends
Cotton today is the most used textile fiber in the world. Cotton is a soft, staple fiber that grows in a form known as a boll around the seeds of the cotton plant. The fiber most often is spun into yarn or thread and used to make a soft, breathable textile, which is the most widely, used natural-fiber cloth in clothing today.
Properties of Cotton Products: comfortable, hydrophilic, moisture passes freely through cotton, good heat conductivity, strong and abrasion resistance.
Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment, without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Third-party certification organizations verify that organic producers use only methods and materials allowed in organic production.
We are using ring spun combed yarn, medium staple cotton , long staple cotton, supima cotton as 100% or in blends with other fibers.
TENCEL & Blends
Tencel® is new age fiber from Lenzing. It is of botanic origin, since it is extracted from the raw material wood. Fiber production itself is extremely ecofriendly, due to the closed loop system. On the day that the Tencel® fibers were invented, a new chapter was written in the history of fibers. Textiles of Tencel® fibers are more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk and cooler than linen.
Tencel® deals with moisture like no other. The fiber absorbs moisture completely and naturally and then releases it to the outside.
Due to the smooth of the Tencel® fiber, textiles are particularly silky and soft on the skin.
Bacteria do not stand a chance with Tencel®. The perfect moisture management of this cellulosic fiber is responsible for the reduced bacteria growth.
MERINO WOOL & Blends
Merino wool is a natural fiber obtained from sheep.
What makes Merino wool so special? Merino wool breathes and manages moisture better than any other fiber. Wool truly is a 4 season fiber. Naturally cooling and heating as the body needs. Odor Resistance, you can wear wool during intense activity and over extended periods of time without having to worry about odor. Merino wool fibers are more flexible and softly bend when pressed against the skin and, therefore, don’t itches like other wool. Quick drying. Natural sun protection. Naturally static resistant. Merino wool is the perfect fabric for babies. Merino baby clothes are warm and soft against baby’s skin.
We are using fine Merino wool from Australia and yarn spun in Germany to produce high quality articles for baby, kids and men & women.
VISCOSE/BAMBOO & Blends
Viscose fiber is made from purified cellulose, it is produced from specially processed wood pulp. Viscose is very similar to cotton and silk. It is a fine and soft material commonly used in t-shirts, tunics, shirts and dresses, all of them, includes cellulose.
Bamboo Viscose is fiber from bamboo pulp and it is manufactured with the same method as viscose is spun. Bamboo is durable and stabile as a material, it is suitable for users with sensitive skin and it is non-allergenic and biodegradable Because of the breathability and comfort it offers, bamboo is very well suited also for sports clothing and undergarments.
Bamboo clothing add value to human wear with its wellness values like antibacterial, good odour control and feel good factor. Our popular Bamboo knits are with elastane, cotton and polyester.
ACRYLIC & Blends
Acrylic fibers are synthetic fibers made from a polymer polyacrylonitrile. Strong and warm, acrylic fiber is often used for sweaters and tracksuits and as linings for boots and gloves, as well as in furnishing fabrics and carpets.
Acrylic is lightweight, soft, and warm, with a wool-like feel. Some acrylic is used in clothing as a less expensive alternative to cashmere, due to the similar feeling of the materials. Acrylic takes color well, is washable, and is generally hypoallergenic.
COOLMAX & Blends
COOLMAX® is a special polyester (synthetic fiber). COOLMAX® fabric is a performance fabric engineered with special technology to wick moisture and accelerate drying, because of this it’s used especially in work- and sports clothes as well as undergarments. Engineered COOLMAX® fabric helps keep things cool, comfortable and dry.
Stretch fabric is a synthetic fabric which stretches. Stretch fabrics are either 2-way stretch or 4-way stretch.
2-way stretch fabrics stretch in one direction, usually from selvedge to selvedge (but can be in other directions depending on the knit). 4-way stretch fabrics, such as spandex, stretch in both directions, crosswise and lengthwise.
Stretch fabrics simplify the construction of clothing.
We are producing 4-way stretch fabrics in blends with cotton, bamboo, viscose, wool, polyester and polyamide.
Stripes are one of the most classic fabric patterns. From bold, wide stripes to skinny seersucker stripes, we are ready to work with all design ideas our customers.
We are producing stripe cotton, wool or bamboo fabrics with raport maximum 6 cm.
Digital textile printing is described as any ink jet based method of printing colorants onto fabric.
The inks used in digital printing are formulated specifically for each type of fiber (cotton, silk, polyester, nylon, etc). During the printing process, the fabric is fed through the printer using rollers and ink is applied to the surface in the form of thousands of tiny droplets. The fabric is then finished using heat and/or steam to cure the ink (some inks also require washing and drying). Digitally printed fabric will wash and wear the same as any other fabric.
